Within 90 days of biospecimen release, please update your status in FAS and transfer the raw data derived from biospecimen.
If the dataset is equal or less than 10 MB:
If the dataset is more than 10 MB:
Send to IHDP Data Team directly for central archival. It can be transferred via the following modes:
Cloud SFTP server maintained by collaborators. Please get in touch with IHDP Data Team to provide the instructions for SFTP file transfer ([email protected])
External hard disk shipments. The hard disks can be shipped to IHDP research facility.

Please provide a reasonable data dictionary and quality control document for biodata. If there are multiple files, please compress them before the data transfer. The files should be stored in a folder and zipped before sending to Data Team with the following folder name convention:
<Study><Form A number><Applicant Name><biospecimen><biodata> e.g. GUSTO_FA345_Audrey_Breastmilk_Human milk oligosaccharides
